LORETTA'S EGG BAKE
6-8slicesFrench bread
1lbHam, Bacon, or Sausage cooked and crumbled
8Eggs
1cupCheddar cheese, grated
2cupsMilk
1/2tspSalt
1/2tspDry mustard
Grease 9 x 13 pan. Mix together cubed bread and cooked meat in bottom of pan. Sprinkle grated cheese over all. Beat eggs, milk, and spices and pour over mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
